Summary
In this versatile role, you are responsible for both the Development & Engineering department and the Operations department—two compact, close‑knit teams that work closely together. Together with the management team, you define the operational strategy and play a key role in shaping our growing organization.
You lead and coordinate the activities within both departments, with a strong focus on the professional development of employees. You are frequently present on the production floor (cleanroom) and know exactly what is happening. Through your visibility and hands‑on approach, you ensure clear processes, smooth execution and a safe, efficient production environment.
Development & Engineering — where you make the difference
Within D&E, the team focuses on:
- Developing new products and preparing them for production
- Assessing designs for manufacturability
- Preparing cost and labor calculations
- Implementing improvements in production processes
With your leadership, you create the right conditions for innovation, quality and continuous development.
Operations — your essential contribution
Within Operations, your role is vital for:
- Realizing a reliable and achievable production plan
- Ensuring an efficient, safe and stable production process
- Responding quickly and effectively to disruptions or emergency situations
- Advising on process optimization and work methods
With your helicopter view and involvement, you ensure that operations run better every single day.

In addition, you bring the following knowledge and experience
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing
- Preferably a Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in a production environment
- At least 3 years of experience in engineering and technical project environments
- Proficiency with MS Office, Power BI, Navision, APQP, and IATF16949:2016
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
Your daily responsibilities include
- Define strategic policy and annual planning for the D&E and Operations departments
- Coordinate, coach and lead the D&E and Operations teams, ensuring the personal development of team members through training, education and qualification
- Define and implement training, investments, personnel competencies, operational organization and production technologies derived from the operational policy
- Define, establish and monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities and ensure implementation of solutions as part of continuous improvement
- Establish work methods, procedures, rules and instructions
- Ensure that people, materials, machines and resources are and remain qualified for manufacturing products, operating processes and delivering services
- Organize production based on the agreed capacity and guarantee this capacity to the sales organization
