Nutricia Worldwide is part of the baby division of Danone. Nutricia Worldwide continuously unlocks and develops markets, offering high quality nutritional products to an ever increasing number of parents all over the world by partnering with local stakeholders. We serve around 45 markets in the following regions: Balkans, Middle East, Indian Sub-continent, Central and South America, Caribbean, Asia and CIS. In these countries Nutricia Export appoints mostly pharmaceutical importers/distributors who represent our brands. We are a fast growing (double digit growth) CBU with great passion to achieve our ambition.

About the Job

As the Customer Service and Logistics Specialist, you are accountable for a portfolio of countries. Responsibilities and activities include the following:

Order management:

• SO & PO placement and amending
• Invoicing of SO in Exact

Customer Service:

• Link between planning & customer on order management
• Involved in pre payment for specific shipments
• Export documentation
• Complaint handling

Logistics:

• Controlling shipments schedules on weekly basis
• Managing communication with Logistics partners
• Controlling transport documentation
• Supporting logistics tenders
• Managing claims (transportation) and credit notes
• Validating freight invoices
• Coordinate meetings & additional agreements

Region:

• CIS region including + another region (TBD)
• Overall back up for other region

About you

To become the new Customer Service and Logistics Specialist we expect you to be responsible and able to take ownership. You will need to engage & align with teams and be able to influence & persuade others. You are inspiring people for the vision of Nutricia World Wide. In addition;

• You have a bachelor or master education level, with qualification in business or logistics.
• At least 1 year relevant working experience in a supply chain environment.
• Furthermore you are able to speak and write English fluently or on intermediate level. Russian language is an added advantage.
