As Performance Marketing Manager, you will own and scale ERIKS’ performance marketing efforts across paid digital channels with a strong focus on webshop growth, customer acquisition, and revenue efficiency. You will be responsible for turning media investment into measurable commercial impact in a complex B2B environment.
You will work closely with global and local marketing teams, agencies, and commercial stakeholders to drive first-time webshop transactions, increase online share of wallet, and improve marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute a performance marketing strategy aligned with ERIKS’ webshop growth and profitability objectives
- Own customer acquisition, reactivation, and conversion performance across paid channels
- Translate business targets (revenue, EBITDA, penetration) into clear media and KPI frameworks
- Manage and challenge external performance agencies
Channel Ownership
- Own and optimize paid channels including:
- Paid Search (Google, Bing)
- Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, others where relevant)
- Display, retargeting, and emerging performance channels
- Continuously test new platforms, formats, and bidding strategies in a B2B context
- Using automation tool (Channable) to scale a 2m+ skus portfolio across 5 markets
Webshop & Funnel Optimization
- Work closely with eCommerce, eBusiness manager, local team, and analytics teams to improve first-time webshop transactions and conversion rates
- Optimize full-funnel performance from awareness to transaction and repeat purchase
Data, Measurement & Insights
- Define and own performance KPIs (ROAS, conversion rate, revenue contribution)
- Ensure robust tracking, attribution, and reporting across markets
- Use insights to drive decisions, not just report numbers
Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Manage and challenge external performance agencies
- Partner with local marketing teams across multiple countries
- Clearly communicate results, learnings, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
What You Bring
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Proven track record driving revenue through paid digital channels
- Experience in B2B, eCommerce, or complex buying journeys is a strong plus
- English + another language is a plus (NL, FR, DE)
Skills
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, and analytics platforms
- Comfortable working with large budgets, multiple markets, and complex product catalogs
- Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset
