We’re building a high-performing product marketing team to help shape the future of financial services. Our global marketing team of 20 works across brand, content, product, and acquisition, partnering closely with product, sales, and other teams to bring bold ideas to market and drive meaningful growth.

Role: Product Marketing Manager

What you’ll do

  • Build the "0 to 1" GTM Foundation: Lead the go-to-market strategy for new and existing products, untapped market segments or expansion into existing markets, transforming ideas into scalable strategies and repeatable models.
  • Partner with Product and Commercial to define messaging, value propositions, and positioning for payments and core banking solutions.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market activities for product launches and updates, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Create impactful sales enablement tools, content, and training for customer-facing teams.
  • Provide actionable market and competitive insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with customer marketing to develop customer success stories and advocacy programs.
  • Guide the content team to produce product marketing content that supports thought leadership and lead generation.

What you’ll bring

  • Established experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, especially in fintech, banking technology, or payments.
  • Proven track record of supporting successful go-to-market strategies for technology products.
  • Strong skills in creating sales enablement content and messaging for different buyer personas.
  • Ability to analyse market and competitive trends to guide product and marketing decisions.
  • Experience in customer marketing, including advocacy, case studies, and retention activities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills in English, with strong storytelling ability.
