Your role
People & stakeholder management
- Manage, coach and develop direct reports via IDP & in-role coaching.
- Main POC for WE agencies and key media partners; accountable for agency scope and leading regional JBP and investment strategies.
- Build a community of engaged WE Media & PR experts, ensuring capability building and development opportunities are in place to drive a strong talent pipeline.
PR & Media strategic translation & optimisation
- Accountable for strategic translation of Media & PR of the comms strategy across the PH categories and localisation of global planning guidelines “golden rules” and budget setting.
- Drive overall campaign effectiveness, ensuring a success framework and performance forums are in place to review and consult on optimisations across the campaign in line with marketing and business objectives.
- Own the media audit process and investment strategy for the region.
- Accountable for PR & Media budget management, ensuring timely management of PO and invoicing with key Media & PR vendors.
You’re the right fit if
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce Management or equivalent.
- 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Analytics/Campaign Management with a focus on digital innovation.
- Proven track record as a people leader, with the ability to inspire collaboration and teamwork.
- Deep understanding of media marketplace dynamics and a strong background in Search, Display, Programmatic and Social advertising.
- Strategic mindset with a holistic approach to decision-making, using data-driven insights and seeking inputs from diverse sets of stakeholders.
- Tech/digital savvy and open-minded to the role of new technologies, with the ability to translate them into actionable ideas.
- End-to-end digital experience with a strong background in delivering multiple campaigns across multi-channels.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within a global organisation.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with attention to detail.
- Able to deal with ambiguity and manage change in a highly matrixed organisation.
- Business fluent in English (minimum 1 additional EU language preferred).
