Senior Brand Manager, Pain Treatment – Restorative Therapies (EMEA & APAC)

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Senior Brand Manager for our Pain Treatment - Restorative Therapies portfolio for our EMEA and APAC organization. This is a very important role reporting to the Sr. Director Commercial Excellence and Marketing and will be responsible for executing the regional marketing strategy, driving brand growth, and customer engagement across diverse markets for the designated business lines.

The Sr. Brand Manager is responsible for executing strategies and tactics for the indirect and direct markets for PT-RT portfolio at Bioventus. The role will collaborate with direct manager, and other organizational stakeholders to ensure all strategies are executed for the designated portfolio, current and future products, for assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • In alignment with global marketing and international strategy, support the annual and long-term brand strategy to achieve required growth, profit and market share targets.
  • Develop downstream annual marketing plans for the assigned brands and geographies in collaboration with the Sr Director Commercial Excellence and Marketing and sales leaders.
  • Create and distribute scalable tools, marketing campaigns (“menu”) and best practices which can be localized for maximum impact, for both direct and indirect markets.
  • Identify education, brand experience and customer engagement opportunities for both internal and external audiences to increase brand perception and value in collaboration with sales training and medical education teams.
  • Drive marketing and education events for International in collaboration with the medical education team.
  • Execute strategies and tactics as defined in the annual marketing plan and monitor execution across priority markets.
  • Define and execute regional product life cycle including phase-in (launch) and phase-out (PLCM) of products.
  • Provide analysis of business performance, brand perception, and other drivers of future brand performance; define mitigating actions to deliver on strategy.
  • Work with sales leadership and distributors to forecast demand in collaboration with supply chain partners.
  • In partnership with Sales training, identify internal training needs and ensure relevant training programs are executed (both for direct and indirect markets).
  • Create scalable customer engagement events such as events/congresses and distributor engagement programs.
  • Manage branding, messaging, positioning, and pricing of assigned brands based on market, customer, and competitive insights.
  • Take the lead in developing KOL’s and Centers of Excellence (COE) in collaboration with the Medical Education team for the designated brands.
  • Hold oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus’ Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.
  • Minimum 50% travel.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 5 years’ experience in HA / RT in Europe.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability and desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment with moderate supervision.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal skill.
