In this role as Engineering Manager – Trade Service Integration & Development, you are responsible for the end-to-end integration and operation of trade-related services across multiple internal teams and external vendors.

You ensure that infrastructure and application support services function as one cohesive ecosystem, meeting business outcomes, SLAs, and compliance standards. From an engineering perspective, you take ownership of trade planning, business continuity, and operational excellence, while also driving technical improvements and modernisation alongside ongoing development.

Vendor & commercial management

  • Manage and govern external providers delivering Trade services
  • Translate business outcomes into measurable service targets and negotiate improvements
  • Manage vendor contracts for Trade systems (e.g. Volue, Bofit)
  • Recommend contractual remedies and scope adjustments based on performance data

Engineering leadership & strategic alignment

  • Align with Product Management on OKRs, feasibility, and capacity planning
  • Partner with the platform team and CMC on lifecycle management, monitoring, disaster recovery, and business continuity
  • Take ownership of Trade-wide technical initiatives (e.g. Dynatrace)
