Are you excited by the challenge of integrating complex airport systems that combine mechanics, software, IT, and global teamwork? Do you enjoy working on large‑scale international projects where functional design, technical risk management, and customer collaboration are key? Then this may be the ideal opportunity for you.

This opportunity is for an Integration Manager.

What will you be doing?

As Integration Manager, you play a key role in major airport automation projects. You work closely with the Project Manager and discipline leads to ensure that customer requirements are translated into a robust system design and that all components—mechanical, electrical, and software—are seamlessly integrated. You oversee testing, manage technical risks, guide functional design decisions, and secure a smooth handover to the customer’s operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the functional design and ensure accurate translation of customer requirements
  • Advise on standard versus custom solutions and evaluate their impact and risks
  • Develop the system integration plan, test plans, and test specifications together with architects and engineers
  • Lead the test phase and coordinate the transition to customer operations
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the project
  • Monitor progress and provide clear, concise reporting
  • Manage component delivery through verification and validation
  • Integrate subsystems into existing customer environments and ensure high‑quality handover

What do we ask from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or logistics field
  • Preferably familiar with logistics or airport operational processes
  • Experience with systems engineering (requirements management, V&V, change/configuration management)
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams
  • Strong analytical skills and system‑level thinking
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and solution‑oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50%, depending on project phases
