OPCO Europe, part of Business Group Professional, is looking for a Commercial Controller to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our QSR and Lattiz/Systems business.

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business performance through insightful financial analysis and strong stakeholder collaboration?

As Commercial Controller of QSR and Lattiz/Systems, you will act as a key business partner to senior leadership, providing financial expertise and strategic insights that support decision-making and drive commercial success. You are a true sparring partner and co-pilot for the commercial leads and business partner for the commercial teams (~55FTE), providing insightful analysis, robust financial control, and proactive support to optimize value and growth.

Knowledge

  • Academic / Master (WO), a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is typically required
  • Minimum > 7 years of progressive experience in finance and controlling, with a proven track record of Finance Business Partnering
  • Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Excel)
  • Fluent in English

As Controller you have a wide range of responsibilities, covering strategy & tactical input, sales management advisory, financial controlling and continuous improvement. As Commercial Controller for QSR and Lattiz/Systems you will focus on:

  • Business Partnering: Act as a business partner to senior leadership of the commercial units to drive strategic decision making on significant tenders or investment decisions
  • Strategic Decision Support: Delivering high-quality financial analysis and scenario modeling to inform strategic choices and investment decisions
  • Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships across departments, influencing outcomes, and ensuring alignment between financial goals and operational execution.
  • Performance Management: Monitoring KPIs, identifying trends, and proactively recommending actions to improve profitability and efficiency
  • Forecasting & Planning: Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with strategic objectives

OPCO Europe serves the Horeca and Bakery market in Europe with our core brand Debic and specialized products in creams, desserts and butters, delivers the QSR market in Europe with key customers like McDonalds and BurgerKing and is responsible for the sales of our Lattiz solution.
