Introduction

As HR Business Partner for the Finance Insights, Control & Transformation group and part of its Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Finance organization, with opportunities to lead transformative projects and develop your expertise in a dynamic, international environment.

The Finance organization consists of approximately 650 employees across multiple countries, with a significant population based in the Netherlands. This role specifically covers around 250 employees within the Finance Insights, Control & Transformation group, providing the chance to support a diverse, international workforce and contribute to ongoing improvements and organizational development.

In this role, you will report directly to the HR Lead for Finance and collaborate closely with the broader Finance HR team.

Role and responsibilities

As a HR Business Partner you work closely together with employees and management and provide them with solid advice and feedback on HR topics, in line with our key activities. You will:

  • Partner with Finance leadership, managers, and teams across countries to drive impactful HR initiatives aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead strategic workforce planning and implement talent-focused solutions that address key organizational challenges.
  • Advise leaders on people and organizational design topics to strengthen business growth and competitiveness.
  • Act as a strategic partner in complex transformations, guiding leaders through organizational change.
  • Develop and coach people leaders to build capability and deliver on the organization’s talent agenda.
  • Facilitate and advise on team and organizational performance, including structure, design, and change management.
  • Drive the HR people plan, deploy HR policies, and ensure smooth HR operational execution.
  • Promote ASML values by coaching leaders and employees and using HR analytics to drive data-driven decisions on workforce trends.

Education and experience

  • You have a Bachelor or Master Degree for example in HRM or organizational/business studies.
  • You have 8+ years of experience in the field of HR and have proven yourself as a partner to the business.
  • You bring knowledge in the field of People Performance Management, Talent & Succession Management, Recruitment and operational expertise as well as strong knowledge of Dutch labor legislation.
  • Speaking English fluently is a must.
