What you´ll do
- Drive Quality Improvement Through Data & Analytics: Leverage data-driven insights to enhance quality performance, optimize processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Lead Digitalization & Advanced Analytics in Quality Management: Develop frameworks for digital transformation in quality management, integrating advanced analytics and BI tools. Explore emerging technologies and leverage their full potential
- Advanced Data Analysis: Use advanced data analysis tools, analytics platforms, and data management systems and construct efficient dataflows, datasets, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable analysis to the organization.
- Manage Analytics & Business Intelligence Projects: Oversee BI initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation, timeline management, and collaboration between IT, data teams, and business units
- Promote Data Literacy & Self-Service Analytics: Train and mentor teams on analytics tools, fostering data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What makes you a good fit
- Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial or Chemical Engineering
- 5+ years of work experience in related fields, quality performance or business intelligence, 3+ years’ experience in data analytics and data driven process optimization
- Proficient in using advanced data analysis tools, analytics platforms, and data management systems (e.g. MS Azure, Databricks, PowerBI / Python, SQL, DAX)
- Well-versed in data analysis best practices, adept at staying informed about industry trends and swiftly adapting to changes in the data analytics landscape
- Experience in interacting effectively in a global environment and cooperating with and leading cross-functional teams and projects
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving with a focus on creating efficient and scalable data solutions. Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly and effectively to business stakeholders.
