Our group, distributed across Munich, DE and Rotterdam, NL, is responsible for driving innovation within Mendix, as we work on cutting-edge technologies to democratize Generative AI solutions as part of our global R&D organization.

Our team in Rotterdam develops agentic orchestration solutions so our customers can create smarter applications that leverage agentic AI with a great developer and end-user experience. You can find many of our components in the Mendix marketplace, and they can be used through Mendix Cloud GenAI Resource Packs.

You’ll help drive digital innovation by:

  • Building something new upon an existing foundation, moving as fast as the GenAI space is progressing
  • Working with early adopter customers to deliver a portfolio of Agentic AI capabilities our customers really need.
  • Working on a platform with a lasting impact and strategic value. Thousands of developers and millions of end users across the globe rely on your work and each capability launched can make a lot of impact.
  • Being thorough, we like to get to the bottom of things; clear answers are more important than deadlines.

You’re the innovator we need if:

  • You are excited to innovate together with customers, for customers.
  • You have 5+ years experience in product management of platforms, frameworks & developer experiences. You have defined product vision, strategy & roadmap for a (portfolio of) product(s) before.
  • You have a proven track record of innovating for and together with customers, including management of product-market fit for your products.
  • You are excited about low code and willing to learn about & become fluent in the Mendix product portfolio.
  • You have an eye for product design & want to get the details right.
  • You want to dive deep into the domain of generative AI & understand it.
  • You feel responsible for the quality of your & the team’s work and the impact it has on our customers.
  • You have experience in Agile software development. You’re able to adapt to change and are open-minded.
  • You enjoy meeting your colleagues several times per week in a modern office in Rotterdam.
