As Product Manager GenAI, you will deliver innovative GenAI solutions that empower thousands of employees worldwide to achieve better customer interactions and business outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Product Manager GenAI to join our Conversational AI & CRM area, part of the Digital & Customer Interaction (DCI) tribe. This tribe is responsible for customer data, CRM, marketing, and all customer interactions.

In this role, you will lead the product development of the Rabo SmartAssist foundation, our internal GenAI assistant that supports employees in customer interactions. You will work with cutting-edge technologies such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Genesys Cloud, Azure OpenAI, and our internally developed Knowledge Assistant (a RAG-based solution built on our knowledge base). You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle: from vision and strategy to delivery and adoption. Improving the Rabo SmartAssist and the Knowledge Assistant is your daily work.

You will collaborate closely with solution architects, DevOps teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver impactful GenAI solutions that empower our employees and enhance customer experience.

• Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,931 and EUR 7,043 (scale 09) for a 36-hour work week.

• Define and manage the product vision and roadmap for GenAI solutions within Conversational AI & CRM.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable product initiatives and features, guiding DevOps teams through execution.

You & your talent

• Academic working and thinking level
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a product manager or similar role in IT/digital transformation
• Experience with AI/GenAI technologies (Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Genesys Cloud)
• Affinity with backend concepts: data pipelines, APIs, RAG-based systems
• Familiarity with CRM processes and customer interaction in complex organizations
• Striving for result, focus on customer, stimulating collaboration
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English
