As an Assistant F&B Manager (f/m/d), you will support and deputize for the F&B Manager in all areas of activity. You will coordinate and monitor the work processes in the F&B area, ensuring quality assurance in accordance with hotel standards. Together with the Food and Beverage Manager, you are responsible for the Food and Beverage department, including coordinating and planning activities, coaching and motivating the team, monitoring quality and hygiene standards, and optimizing financial results. You will also lead and organize various events, maintain a close relationship with guests, and act as the point of contact for compliments and complaints when necessary. Alongside your team, you ensure guests are well taken care of and have memorable experiences, whether it’s through food, wine, cocktails, breakfast, or special food-wine combinations. Managing, coaching, and motivating a team to achieve the highest level of quality and constantly seeking new opportunities are key aspects of this role.
