Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by managing and developing the go-to-market strategy for our Core Performance Sports footwear lines across handball, volleyball, netball, and field hockey. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between our European market and Japan head office whilst overseeing the complete product lifecycle—from seasonal planning and pricing to launch execution—ensuring our indoor sports products reach the right audiences through compelling narratives and strategic collaboration with sales and merchandising teams.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step. 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Maintain and distribute the Linelist and Visual Line Plan for the footwear product lines across handball, volleyball, netball, and field hockey categories.
  • Determine seasonal range plans including product introduction dates, pricing strategies, and colour options for the assigned sports categories.
  • Prepare comprehensive product data and conduct detailed performance analyses to support informed decision-making.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans for assigned products across Wholesale and Direct-to-Consumer channels.
  • Create go-to-market presentations and support Merchandising and Sales teams during pre-line meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling product narratives and act as the primary liaison between the European market and Japan head office.
  • Represent ASICS at product launches and key industry events to strengthen brand presence and stakeholder relationships.

You have the following skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong knowledge of the indoor sports market, particularly Volleyball and Handball.
  • Strong organisational and analytical abilities with commercial acumen in the sporting goods industry.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
