Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by supporting the creation and execution of seasonal product marketing plans for our SportStyle Footwear and Apparel categories. As a Product Marketing Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in building assortment plans aligned with EMEA strategies, managing key merchandising milestones, and serving as the vital link between EMEA and Global Merchandising teams whilst driving data-led insights for the Platinum channel.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step. 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Build and execute seasonal INLINE assortment plans for SPS Footwear and Apparel categories in alignment with EMEA strategies.
  • Manage AEG marketplace merchandising milestones including Line Review and Line Close processes.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between EMEA and Global Merchandising teams to ensure alignment across regions.
  • Lead category data analysis and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support key account meetings with major retail partners such as JD, FLE and COURIR.
  • Oversee on-time in-full delivery management for all INLINE products across the portfolio.
  • Develop comprehensive line plans for regional SMU creations and manage the integration of the new Skate category.

You have the following skills:

  • Advanced analytical and data interpretation abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Project management expertise.
  • Understanding of consumer behaviour and marketplace dynamics.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in product merchandising management.
