About the team

The integration team works closely with customers to map their technical requirements (integrations, flows, custom logic) and support foundational integration workflows across our platform. We collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth data flows and consistent standards. The team focuses on helping customers build reliable integrations, maintaining clear documentation, and helping customers adopt best practices. We value curiosity, collaboration, and continual learning.

What you’ll do

  • Gather technical requirements from our customers and help them build and implement efficient, performant and scalable technology architectures centred around Mambu.
  • Advise, consult and train customers on the usage of APIs during their development phases to ensure use of established integration standards, patterns, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrations meet customer needs and improve internal processes.
  • Identify and escalate task-level risks or issues promptly to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation, including mapping sheets and flow diagrams.

What you’ll bring

  • Foundational understanding of integration concepts, APIs, system interactions, and data/process flows.
  • Ability to apply standard domain knowledge to solve well-defined problems with guidance.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to ask clarifying questions and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Willingness to learn from senior team members and follow defined processes and best practices.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to produce clear, consistent technical documentation.
  • Experience in a service environment, preferably consulting in financial services with knowledge of core banking systems.
