This is what you bring to the team

You are a proactive, independent, and detail-oriented HR Advisor, preferably with experience in a production environment. You are a true team player, communicate flexibly, and work in a structured way. You are confident in giving managers both solicited and unsolicited feedback and in challenging them positively. You maintain an overview and continuously look for ways to make processes more efficient. You want to understand the business processes so you truly know what is happening on the shop floor and can act as an HR business partner.

Additionally, we require:

  • A completed bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Economics & Law, or a comparable field.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Strong command of Dutch and English.
  • Availability between 32 and 40 hours per week.
  • Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite, with solid expertise in Excel in particular.

Your daily responsibilities include

Our HR team consists of six colleagues. We are an energetic, social, and diverse team where, alongside hard work, there’s always room for a joke. Within the team, you as an HR Advisor are responsible for a wide range of HR activities: from recruitment to absence management, from job evaluation to succession planning. Some activities you handle for your own focus area (including Warehouse, Sales, and Continuous Improvement), others you do together with the team or with (HR) colleagues from other Neways business units. You can count on support from HR Officers, Recruiters, and other specialists, so you can focus on advising and guiding managers and further developing our HR processes.
