Waarom bij BridgeFund?
Small businesses drive the economy. They build, hire, innovate, and take risks. But when they need financing, things still move at the speed of paper. Endless forms. Long approvals. Decisions based on history, not logic. We built BridgeFund to fix that. What takes weeks elsewhere happens here in seconds. A small business applies in 3 minutes, and our model decides in one. No paperwork. No waiting. No human bottlenecks. Just smart tech making fair decisions, fast. That is how we grew 74 percent last year, provided over 500 million euros in funding, and will close 2025 profitably. Now we are scaling our analytics capabilities to turn raw data into trusted datasets that power every decision we make.
“The data models we build become the single source of truth. It’s analytics engineering with real impact, and that makes it incredibly rewarding.”
You’ll build the data foundation that makes analytics possible at BridgeFund. From raw data to trusted datasets, the models you create will serve as the single source of truth for analysts, scientists, and business teams across the company. You’ll join a compact, high-impact team of data analysts and engineers who turn business questions into data products. Together you’ll bridge the gap between raw pipelines and business insights, working within Databricks to design, build, and maintain data models that are robust, scalable, and built for production. You’ll work closely with data analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into clean, well-documented data models. You’ll collaborate with the platform team to ensure alignment on data pipelines, schemas, and architectural decisions. And you’ll partner with business stakeholders to make sure every model reflects how the business actually operates. This is not just data transformation. You’ll define standards for the analytics engineering domain, implement data quality frameworks that catch issues before they reach dashboards, and apply software engineering best practices like version control, automated testing, and CI/CD to everything you build. You’ll architect the scalable, efficient, cost-optimised data environment that grows with the company’s needs, while giving analysts and other teams the reliable data they need to move fast with confidence.
You like building data foundations that others can depend on. You know that great analytics start with trusted data models, and that trust comes from solid engineering, clear documentation, and close collaboration with the people who need the data.
The BridgeFund community is exceptional because we respect one another, care deeply about what we build and move fast without cutting corners. You will have the freedom to grow, learn and experiment, with clear paths to expert and lead roles, and the support of a team that values craft over titles.
Good. That is usually how the best engineers start here at BridgeFund. Apply directly or reach out to Barbara at [email protected]. We would love to hear what data foundations you would build next.

We are a fin-tech on a mission; We want to prove that a bank-free world makes business easier, more efficient, fairer and of course more fun.
Simply put: we bring the supply and demand of money together BridgeFund is an online platform that bridges the financial needs of entrepreneurs without the intervention of a bank. On the one hand, investors make money available in exchange for returns, and on the other hand, business owners can borrow this money to invest in their businesses. That's it!
