CRM sits at the heart of our Marketing strategy, driving business value through an omnichannel approach. To deliver a truly personalized customer experience, we are building a new Customer Data Platform (CDP) that will power our Customer 360 model and enable smarter, more relevant interactions across all touchpoints.

In this role as a Customer Analytics Engineer (Medior), you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and engineering. This is an ideal next step for a data professional with 2–3 years of experience who wants to deepen their impact in a customer‑centric, data‑driven organization.

You will help shape and maintain our data environment, transform data into actionable insights, and empower teams to make informed, data‑driven decisions. Your work will directly influence customer engagement, segmentation, and campaign performance across channels.

Your Impact

  • Develop and maintain high-quality data pipelines and transformation processes using SQL, dbt, Databricks, and Azure.
  • Build and continuously improve the Customer 360 model to support segmentation and campaign optimization.
  • Partner with CRM, Marketing, Data Science, and Analytics teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
  • Safeguard data quality, testing, and reliability across all customer data assets.
  • Create clear, insightful dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to democratize insights across the organization.
  • Define and maintain data governance standards, definitions, and requirements for new data sources and functionalities.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and innovate how we use customer data across the business.

What We’re Looking For

You are a medior‑level data professional with a passion for customer data and marketing use cases, and you’re ready to take more ownership and responsibility in your role.

You are someone who:

  • Loves using data to drive customer relevance and marketing impact.
  • Feels comfortable translating complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Enjoys working at the intersection of business, analytics, and technology.
  • Thrives in a role that combines hands‑on data work with stakeholder collaboration.
  • Is curious, proactive, and continuously looking to improve data products and processes.
  • Has 2–3 years of relevant experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or a similar role.
  • Experience working in a modern data stack within a commercial or marketing‑driven environment is a strong plus.

Core Technical Skills

  • SQL Mastery: Ability to write complex, efficient queries.
  • Data Modeling: Strong understanding of relational modeling and scalable, domain-centric designs.
  • dbt: Skilled in building, testing, documenting, and maintaining transformation pipelines.
  • Data Warehousing: Experience with platforms such as Databricks and Azure.
  • ETL/ELT: Understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
  • Data Quality & Testing: Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of customer data assets.
  • Data Visualization: Ability to create impactful dashboards in Power BI.
