To make our customers even more successful and increase our impact, we are looking for a driven Lead for our Customer Success department. Someone who will implement structure and help us operate based on the idea: 'What do our customers really want and how are we going to deliver that?'

Job Description

As a Customer Success Lead at Healthy Workers, you are the driving force behind fulfilling the proposition and promise for our customers. You will work in a 'working foreman' role, which means you will hands-on bring our Customer Success department to the next level. In addition to optimizing our methods, processes, KPI tracking, and performance monitoring, you will personally take on the strategic customers.

The further our organization grows, the more you will focus on further building the Customer Success team, and the hands-on part will increasingly shift out of your role, moving towards leadership and management.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Implementing structure within our Customer Success department;
  • Implementing the mindset: 'What do our customers really want and how are we going to deliver that?';
  • Operationally leading the Customer Success team: daily stand-ups, priorities, escalations, and KPIs/performance;
  • Coaching colleagues in customer conversations, stakeholder management, and progress;
  • Managing your own set of strategic customers, including onboarding, adoption, and relationship management;
  • Identifying risks, opportunities, and optimizations within customer accounts;
  • Translating customer feedback into process and product improvements;
  • Building Customer Success standards and workflows while further professionalizing the team.

Profile

  • You are excellent as a Customer Success Manager and have either already made the step to Lead or are looking to do so;
  • You have a clear vision when it comes to finding out what customers truly want and how Customer Success should respond to that;
  • You are always focused on how things can be improved and what structure and processes are necessary for this;
  • You are a natural coach who wants to help colleagues in their further growth;
  • You are not ready to let go of the hands-on part yet. Because you still enjoy managing customers yourself. You believe in the 'working foreman' principle;
  • Finally, you have a natural authority at the table to manage customers in the right way.
