Within the D&T Finance chapter, as part of the SSOT team, we are seeking a Senior SAP Group Reporting Expert to lead and deliver global SAP finance transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, ICMR, GRDC, with a proven track record in managing large-scale rollouts, system upgrades, and international teams. Reporting to the D&T SSOT Product Manager, you will bring SAP and costing expertise to deliver best-in-class solutions for our group FP&A and FC&A business.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Group Reporting projects, with strong knowledge of consolidation principles, FS-items, and version management (Actuals, Plan, Budget).
• Hands-on experience with GRDC onboarding, template design, and data validation and reconciliation.
• Technical expertise on ICMR, including creation of matching methods and custom reason codes.
• Execute Net Income Calculation, manage FS-items, and ensure accurate YTD and periodic reporting in P&L and B/S.
• Support Functional P&L reporting and variance analysis using SAP Fiori and CDS views.
• Develop functional specs, manage RICEFW objects, lead testing and documentation, conduct user training, support UAT, and create detailed documentation for adoption and long-term success.
• Support month-end and year-end close across SAP FI, Group Reporting, ICMR, TRCS, and Blackline, ensuring compliance with close calendars and fast-track issue resolution.

You Bring

• Minimum 10 years of SAP Finance consulting experience, with a focus on S/4HANA (Group Reporting, GRDC, ICMR, Blackline) and consolidation principles.
• Demonstrated experience in onboarding, integration, and support of large numbers of company codes to GR, GRDC, and ICMR.
• Experience with query designer, AFO in SAP FI, CO (CCA, PA, PC, ML).
• Proven track record in managing global support and rollout projects, including end-to-end configuration, testing, SLA-driven incident resolution across core FICO modules, expertise in data validation and large data reconciliation activities.
• Experience with SAP system upgrades and technical validation, user training, UAT support, and documentation.
• Strong background in developing functional specifications and managing RICEFW objects.
• Passion for Digital and Tech world, where innovative management style is appreciated.
• Strong and effective communication skills, and ability to work with offshore teams.
• Proactivity and commitment to the day-to-day deliveries.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or other European language skills are a plus.
• Experience with Agile, Jira, ServiceNow, and fit-gap analysis.
