We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Business Development Representative/Sales Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in following up on inbound leads, qualifying potential prospects, and converting them into high-quality sales opportunities. It is ideal for someone eager to learn about inbound sales and the Learning & Development industry in a dynamic, international company.

What you’ll do

  • Nurture inbound leads from the website, campaigns, and events with timely, relevant follow-up
  • Qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and convert them into meetings for the right Account Executives
  • Add a human layer where automation isn’t enough
  • Log activities, update lead status, and keep data clean
  • Help improve lead flow and campaign-to-pipeline conversion
  • Support outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn) to build a healthy pipeline and act as a brand ambassador on social channels

  • Currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Eager to learn about sales, business development, and the L&D industry
  • Proactive, curious, and excited to engage with new people
  • Clear and professional communicator across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Comfortable with both warm inbound follow-up and cold outreach
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and adapt easily to change
  • Available for a full-time internship based in the Netherlands
  • Fluent in English (Dutch and/or German is a plus)
