Business Development Representative

NORNORM is een snelgroeiende circulaire scale-up met de missie om de kantoorindustrie vorm te geven via een abonnementsmodel dat beter is voor mensen, bedrijven en de planeet.

We breiden snel uit in Europa, gesteund door een toonaangevende speler in de meubelindustrie en gerenommeerde groeikapitaal-investeerders. De Benelux is een van onze belangrijkste groeimarkten.

Om deze groei te versnellen, zoeken we een Business Development Representative die graag in contact komt met potentiële klanten, sterke relaties opbouwt en nieuw zakelijk momentum creëert via proactieve outreach.

Wat je gaat doen:

• Potentiële klanten identificeren en benaderen binnen de Benelux-markt.
• Leads genereren en prospects nurturen via telefoon, e-mails en digitale kanalen.
• Onderzoek uitvoeren, prospects selecteren en de salesfunnel beheren van eerste outreach tot kwalificatie, follow-ups en het inplannen van afspraken.
• Intensief samenwerken met je sales collega’s om de beste leads te realiseren en een uitstekende klantervaring te bieden.

Wat we zoeken:

• Een bacheloropleiding in business, economie, marketing of een vergelijkbare richting.
• Een stage of werkervaring in een klantgerichte of commerciële rol is een plus, maar geen vereiste.
• Doorzettingsvermogen en motivatie, met een sterke groeimindset.
• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vertrouwen om met mensen in gesprek te gaan.
• Commerciële nieuwsgierigheid – je wordt gedreven door resultaten en vindt het leuk om te leren hoe je outreach omzet in kansen.
• Een positieve, proactieve en gestructureerde manier van werken.
• Vloeiend of bijna-vloeiend Nederlands en uitstekend Engels (beide zijn essentieel).

To fuel this growth, we’re looking for a Business Development Representative who’s eager to connect with potential customers, build strong relationships, and drive new business through proactive outreach.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identify and reach out to potential customers across the Benelux market.
• Generate leads and nurture prospects through calls, emails, and digital channels.
• Conduct research, identify prospects, and manage the sales funnel from outreach to qualification, follow-ups, and meeting booking
• Collaborate closely with your fellow sales colleagues to drive the most qualified leads and deliver exceptional customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
• Internship or early professional experience in a customer-facing or commercial role is a plus, but not required.
• Persistent and self-motivated, with a growth mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to connect with people.
• Commercial curiosity - you’re motivated by results and love learning how to turn outreach into opportunities.
• Positive, proactive, and structured approach to your work.
• Native or near-native Dutch and strong English (both are non-negotiable).
