Join Our Growth Marketing Team as a CRM Marketeer

We’re looking for a fulltime hands-on, customer-focussed and data-driven CRM Marketeer to join our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our CRM campaigns and automated journeys - ensuring flawless delivery, optimization and measurable impact.

You’ll own campaign performance across email and new CRM channels (SMS, in-app, DM) and work closely with our Junior CRM Marketeer, data team and creative team to continuously improve engagement, retention and customer lifetime value.

You’ll work closely with our CRM consultant (strategic lead), contributing ideas and helping shape key initiatives - while taking the lead on the day-to-day execution and optimization.

Your main tasks as a CRM Marketeer:

  • Hands-on execution and ownership of CRM campaigns, automated journeys, transactional communications and flyers.
  • Manage and coach the Junior CRM Marketeer, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and with quality.
  • Collaborate with the CRM consultant on translating the strategic roadmap into concrete actions.
  • Own the reporting on subscription & shop KPIs (retention, churn, ARPU, CLV) and proactively suggest improvements.
  • Work closely with Data & Analytics, Creative, Product, Brand Partnerships and Customer Service to bring lifecycle campaigns to life across email and new channels (SMS, in-app, DM).
  • Continuously test, learn and optimize CRM efforts to maximize customer engagement and lifetime value.

This is what we would like to see in your profile as a CRM Marketeer:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM & email marketing in a similar role, preferably in a DTC subscription business.
  • Experience in marketing automation and setting up customer journeys.
  • Strong understanding of ESPs such as Klaviyo, Customer.io or similar.
  • Interest and ability to create creative campaigns by collaborating closely with the internal creative and design team.
  • Strong affinity with data analytics, interpreting data and converting it into insights and activities (via Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Familiarity with web analytics software (Google Analytics) and business intelligence tools (Tableau or similar).
  • Strong affinity with managing projects, processes and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Dutch (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication skills.
