Your impact as HR Business Director

As HR Business Director, you're the architect of a new business unit and full Management Team member at Cosun Ingredients. Here, HR is business critical.

You translate the Unlock 30 strategy directly into execution. You build a culture where agile, innovative, and inclusive excellence is the norm. As talent architect, you don't work with what exists – you build what's needed. You speak the language C-level understands: workforce analytics that wake up boardrooms, hard ROI on talent investments, data-driven workforce planning. You've seen how integrations fail and succeed. You digitalize because it delivers business value: processes that free up time, systems that provide insight, platforms that develop talent. But this role demands more than vision alone. You roll up your sleeves to clean up existing routines, integrate fragmented processes, and raise standards where needed. You're strategic, yet hands-on and equally comfortable shaping boardroom strategy as you are driving operational excellence on the ground.

You're the trusted advisor who gets called when it matters. That strategic acquisition? You're at the table from day one as a business partner. That MT impasse? You clarify what's happening and what's needed. You've earned this trust by consistently delivering. This is your canvas: a new business unit, a strategic MT position where HR carries business weight, freedom to build without legacy constraints, and the impact to fundamentally transform. What you bring:

  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • 10-15 years broad HR experience, including 6-10 years in senior leadership
  • Proven success in HR strategy, transformation, and organizational design
  • Expertise in strategic HR planning, organizational development, HR analytics, talent management, DEI, digital HR transformation, and M&A
  • High level of professionalism and low ego
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
