Your Role

As HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting our team in Oldenzaal and contributing to global HR initiatives. You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Supporting managers with coaching, performance management, and employee development.
• Acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations and Dutch labor law.
• Driving talent retention and succession planning aligned with WTT’s strategic goals.
• Managing compensation reviews and HR metrics reporting.
• Championing our culture and values and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Coordinating health & safety and compliance for the Oldenzaal office.

You’ll work closely with the Managing Director, the Convertus Director of HR & Communications, and a global HR team of five. You will be working out of our Oldenzaal office of approximately 50 employees.

What do we expect from you?

• A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in an industrial or engineering environment.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required; conversational German is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law; international experience is a plus.
• Experience with HRMS systems (Nmbrs or similar).
• A proactive, flexible, and collaborative working style.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and build strong relationships across teams.

Jouw rol

Als HR Business Partner speel je een sleutelrol in de ondersteuning van ons team in Oldenzaal en lever je een bijdrage aan globale HR-initiatieven. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

• Het leiden van het volledige wervings- en onboardingproces
• Het ondersteunen van managers met coaching, performance management en talentontwikkeling
• Optreden als een vertrouwde adviseur op het gebied van arbeidsrelaties en het Nederlandse arbeidsrecht
• Het stimuleren van talentbehoud en opvolgingsplanning, in lijn met de strategische doelen van WTT
• Het coördineren van salarisreviews en rapportages van HR-kpi’s
• Het uitdragen van onze cultuur en waarden en het bevorderen van een samenwerkinggerichte werkomgeving
• Coördinatie van arbo/veiligheid en compliance voor het kantoor in Oldenzaal

Je werkt nauw samen met de Managing Director, de Convertus Director of HR & Communications en een wereldwijd HR-team van vijf collega’s. Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor in Oldenzaal met circa 50 medewerkers.

Wat breng jij mee?

• Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Human Resources
• 3–5 jaar HR-ervaring, bij voorkeur in een industriële of engineeringomgeving
• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels; Duits op conversatieniveau is een pre
• Grondige kennis van het Nederlandse arbeidsrecht; internationale ervaring is een pluspunt
• Ervaring met HRMS-systemen (Nmbrs of vergelijkbaar)
• Een proactieve, flexibele en samenwerkingsgerichte werkstijl
• Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail
• In staat om zelfstandig te werken en sterke relaties op te bouwen over teams heen
