Your role:

  • Manage the GI Ultrasound segment within the Netherlands (Radiology and Vascular).
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, focusing on installed base management, while identifying and acquiring new customers within the GI segment.
  • Develop and execute the annual account and sales plan in line with the regional strategy; forecast accurately and collaborate with channel partners where required.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies in close cooperation with central and marketing teams.
  • Position and promote GI solutions; prepare competitive offerings (quotes and tenders) tailored to customer needs.
  • Partner with the Application Specialist to achieve set targets and drive operational excellence.
  • Deliver accurate business forecasts through effective lead and opportunity management.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activities, providing actionable insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams to support portfolio expansion.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean principles.

  • Commercial savvy and eager to win
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in a sales role in Healthcare, preferably in Ultrasound
  • Knowledge or experience in the structure of a hospital
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written
