About this role

The Regional Finance Business Partner – Europe plays a key role in enabling high-quality financial planning, reporting, and performance management across European markets. Reporting to the Regional Finance Director - Europe and working closely with the Regional Finance team, this role provides hands-on operational support in streamlining and automating financial processes, ensuring consistency of regular monthly financial deliverables from local markets, and consolidating insights at a segment level.

You’ll facilitate the evaluation of new initiatives in the markets, support the Regional FD and local teams with ad hoc modeling and scenario build-up, and assist local finance teams in sharing best practices across the segment and promoting alignment and collaboration.

As part of your day-to-day tasks, you'll be partnering with various Group and Regional finance teams (FPA, Reporting, Accounting, Control, Risk) as well as Regional commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Tech).

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Support the consolidation and reporting of financial performance for the Region, ensuring timely, consistent, and insightful updates to the Regional Leadership team.
• Support the Regional Finance team with streamlining and automation of financial processes (e.g. reporting, forecasting, planning, variance analysis, 3YP, business cases).
• Act as a collaborative partner identifying issues, driving resolutions, flagging risks and opportunities to mitigate material deviations from set targets.
• Assist with financial modelling, business case development, and investment evaluations for cross-market initiatives.
• Coordinate finance deliverables for regular reviews, planning cycles, and ad hoc requests.
• Partner with Group FP&A, Reporting, and Systems teams to ensure toolkits and KPIs are cascaded and adopted across the region.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing and communication across territories to enhance team collaboration and performance.

What will you bring to the team?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related; professional Finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA) with 7 years post-qualified experience in FPA, business or financial controlling.
• Solid understanding of financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., Anaplan, Workday, OneStream, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and modelling skills with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and ways of working; seeking to improve the status quo.
• Results-driven with a positive, "can-do" attitude and a hands-on approach.
• Data-driven, with the ability to explain trends and scenarios through clear, cause-and-effect communication.
• Strong analytical skills, able to interpret KPIs and P&L data and transform complex insights into actionable outcomes.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability, using logical thinking and attention to detail to assess risks and deliver solutions.
