As our Global Portfolio Manager, you’ll take ownership of defining and managing our global portfolio and pricing architecture. You’ll lead initiatives that simplify product offerings across markets, set pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability, and ensure compliance with pricing regulations worldwide. This role is about creating clarity and consistency—building strategies that empower local markets while maintaining global alignment.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Lead the global portfolio and pricing architecture, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and market execution.

  • Own simplification programmes for key product lines across all countries, defining the future portfolio.

  • Drive effective price targets and recommended retail prices, providing clear guidance to marketing and innovation teams.

  • Set global and regional price corridors to reflect currency dynamics and commercial practices.

  • Support pricing effectiveness tracking in collaboration with global revenue management leads.

  • Shape portfolio channel strategies to meet local channel needs and maximise market coverage.

  • Leverage competitor benchmarking to optimise portfolio and pricing strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with pricing regulations and anticipate adjustments to maintain global standards.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • 8+ years’ experience in consumer-facing commercial roles such as key account management, category management, pricing, business development, or marketing.
  • Proven expertise in portfolio and pricing architecture.
  • Strong background in B2C markets—this is essential.
  • Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience influencing and driving collaboration across cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of channel strategy and portfolio allocation.
