About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Global Portfolio & Pricing Strategy Lead for a 3–6 month freelance assignment to drive strategic clarity, portfolio simplification, and pricing excellence across our global markets. In this interim role, you will take ownership of the global portfolio and pricing architecture, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with marketing priorities, innovation roadmaps, and market execution. Your work will bring structure, focus, and discipline to how we manage and price our global product lines.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Lead the global portfolio and pricing architecture, ensuring full alignment with marketing strategy and market-level execution.
  • Own and implement simplification programs for key product lines across all countries — defining the future global portfolio.
  • Set and manage effective price targets and recommended retail prices, providing clear, actionable guidance to marketing and innovation teams.
  • Define global and regional price corridors that reflect currency dynamics, commercial realities, and profitability goals.
  • Support pricing effectiveness tracking in close collaboration with global revenue management teams.
  • Shape portfolio and channel strategies to ensure local relevance and maximize market coverage.
  • Leverage competitor and market benchmarking to refine portfolio positioning and optimize pricing strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing regulations and proactively anticipate adjustments to maintain global consistency and governance.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in global portfolio management, pricing strategy, or revenue growth management, ideally within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic direction.
  • Skilled in managing cross-functional alignment across marketing, finance, and commercial teams.
  • Capable of operating autonomously, driving clarity and impact in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Available for a freelance/contract engagement (3–6 months) with potential for extension or project-based continuation.
