• An academic degree in (Food) Process technology, Chemical Engineering or a related field;
• Relevant experience in a food/chemical/engineering company (5+ years);
• General knowledge of process technology and understanding of a production process;
• Experienced in process licensing in capex projects, structured problem solving and process optimization (6-sigma green or black belt is a pre);
• Good project and stakeholder management skills and experience in working in dynamic and multi-culture project environments;
• Proven collaboration with internal and external partners for technological advancements;

• The following key competences: analytical, fact-based, independent, solution oriented, well organized, critical.

In this role, you are expected to be able to realize the following in your area of expertise:

• Ability to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing product quality;
• Process licensing of Capex projects >500k€ within your area of expertise;
• Translate and scale up innovations to the production environment;
• Lead Root-Cause-Analysis of complex problems within the factory;
• Translate knowledge to technology standards and actively check for validation in our factories;
• Closely work together with other departments such as R&D, production, quality assurance, and marketing to ensure that technology initiatives are properly integrated into the overall business strategy;
• Ensure that all your works complies with relevant regulations and standards, such as those related to food safety, quality, and labelling;
• Provision of training and support to employees on your expertise field, systems and tools to ensure that they are effectively integrated into the business.

Détails de l'équipe

• In this position, you will be working in the global supply chain technology team consisting of 6 expertise teams and in total ~50 technologists. They are all experts in different areas of dairy handling and processing. Also, you will be working very multidisciplinary (e.g. R&D, Operations, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Experts);
