We are growing our Financial Control & Analytics department. As a Financial Control & Analytics Expert, you will prepare complex reports and analyses. You will transform data into valuable information by using your financial, technical, and business expertise. Based on these, you will provide the business with the necessary insights, both financial and non-financial.

Together with the team, you will help shape the Planning & Control cycle and oversee the progress of several overarching processes. You will also be involved in setting up and maintaining budget and forecasting models.

Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining relationships with various stakeholders (such as Business Control, Credit Control, Treasury) to ensure smooth operational activities.
• Creating both standard and complex ad hoc reports and analyses.
• Delivering and maintaining KPIs, supporting audits to deliver on the planning and control cycle.
• Using analytical models to provide insights into complex business environments.
• Collaborating with Business Controllers and Business Intelligence colleagues to identify which KPIs are key value drivers for Lely.

This is a highly responsible and varied role where you can make a significant impact.

Required experience:

• A completed academic degree (WO) in Finance & Control or Business Analytics.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of data analysis, data models, and statistics.
• Expertise in financial control.
• Proficiency in and English, spoken and written. (Dutch is a pre)
• Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
