About You

You are resilient and able to handle the high pressure of an offshore wind project, seeing it as a challenge. You are capable of weighing various risks and making decisions in the heat of the moment. You effectively utilize your people management skills to lead and motivate a diverse installation team. Additionally, for the role of Offshore Construction Manager, you should have:

  • A technical, mechanical, maritime or civil background, with at least 10 years of operational experience within the industry of complex offshore installation projects.
  • A flexible attitude with regard to working alternately on office preparations, project locations and on board of vessels, on various types of (rotation) schedules, being part of a 24/7 operation.
  • A good command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Working on projects means being away from home for a period of time. In Europe and outside of Europe, you will work in a rotation scheme depending on where the project takes place.

We Offer

  • A salary matching with responsibilities and experience;
  • Project allowances (based on location and situation of the project);
