Join Versuni as an Inventory Planning Manager
About the role:
As an Inventory Planning Manager, you will play a key role in balancing supply and demand through effective S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution), and collaborating with different functions in the wider Supply Chain organization. You will act as the strategic link between the regional markets, supply centers, and operations to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time to meet business objectives. You will be part of the Supply Chain Management – Europe team.
The impact you’ll make:
 - Lead cross-functional collaboration between markets and supply teams to ensure product availability. Facilitate allocation and prioritization discussions, identifying root causes of gaps and implementing corrective actions.
 
 - Lead a product category from an Inventory Management perspective by minimizing gaps between supply and demand through proactive planning, redeployment, and continuous performance analysis.
 
 - Drive deployment of inventory, ensuring alignment with market priorities, customer requirements, and service level targets. Manage execution of excess, obsolete (EOL), and slow-moving stock.
 
 - Define the safety stock policy and values for Europe.
 
 - Leverage technology, process mapping, and analytics to streamline planning processes, enhance planning accuracy, and improve end-to-end supply chain efficiency.
 
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
 - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a planning function within Supply Chain
 
 - Excellent understanding of SAP
 
 - Fluent in English
 
 - Experienced problem framing/solving skills
 
 - Digitally-savvy & data-confident
