Ce que nous demandons

• MSc degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related discipline (APICS or equivalent certification if Master’s degree is not in SC Management);
• 8 years of experience in supply chain, sales or finance management; FMCG preferred;
• Proven track record in (Demand) Planning and/or S&OP; preferably with knowledge of statistical planning methods and AI strengthened forecasting;
• Experience in leading teams;
• Analytical, accurate and result-driven;
• Strong drive for customer service and operational excellence through optimized processes and ways of working;
• Experience in managing (senior) stakeholders; ability to influence and build relationships cross-functionally with colleagues, management and customers;
• Experience working in multi-functional groups and matrix organizations;
• Proven cultural awareness in a global context;
• Fluent in English.

Description du poste vacant

• Lead, support and coach a team of 6 demand planners.
• Own and drive the demand planning roadmap for Opco EU, ensuring continuity of activities and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders (Sales, Account Support) and customers to achieve high forecast accuracy and lowest possible bias.
• Execute the S&OP / S&OE process according to RFC standards and support and drive further integration of the volume and financial forecasting process for the relevant planning area.
• Prepare and coordinate the Opco Demand Review meeting, resulting in an agreed one-number plan that fulfills customer demand.
• Collaborate closely with supply planning and other supply chain functions to ensure demand is fulfilled at the required service level with minimal inventory and obsoletes.
• Engage in capability building across demand planning and stakeholder fields, focusing on processes, planning systematics, procedures and system.

The Demand Manager Opco Europe is part of the extended Customer Supply Chain Management Team (MT-1) and reports to the Global Demand Lead FC-Professional. The key responsibility is enabling and executing the demand planning process and driving results for Opco Europe. The FC-Professional Global Demand Planning team is based in Amersfoort and consists of 14 demand planners, supported by KU and CI members.
