Lead the Future of AdFormats & Propositions at RTL AdAlliance

As Head of AdFormats and Propositions, you will lead one of our key product lines, focusing on the development of commercial products that simplify and unify our portfolio. Signature products in this branch include the Media Collections.

Your Tasks

  • Head the Adformats and Propositions product line, one of three core product lines: Data & Audiences, Adformats & Propositions, and Advanced TV.
  • Lead the development of commercial products that deliver on simplification and unification of our portfolio.
  • Define the product strategy and manage the product life cycle for your product line.
  • Develop new commercial products in line with the defined strategy.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Optimize revenues generated by your products.
  • Evangelize, educate, and consult on your product range.
  • Manage one Product Manager.

Your Profile

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • 10+ years in management of media products or ad tech environments.
  • Fluency in English is required; French and/or German is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills for identifying opportunities, gathering requirements, validating ideas, and managing expectations.
  • Ability to operate between product and commercial, with a solid understanding of buyside needs and advertising technology (Ad server/SSP's, etc.).
  • Proficient in product management methodologies and tools.
  • Organized and methodical approach to work.
  • Creative problem-solver, able to overcome operational complexities while maintaining focus on goals.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders across departments and countries; self-organization, motivation, and adaptability are essential.
