As Europe’s #1 upskilling service provider, trusted by industry leaders such as ING, KPMG, and Picnic, we are expanding our Global Marketing & GTM team at Lepaya. We're looking for a Business Development Representative Intern to support our sales expansion efforts in the Benelux market. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales activities, prospecting, and pipeline management while working in a fast-growing, international scale-up environment.

What you’ll bring

  • You are eager to learn about sales, business development, and the learning & development industry.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • You are proactive, curious, and excited about engaging with new people.
  • You are comfortable with cold outreach, including cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and adapt easily to change.
  • You are available for a full-time internship based in the Netherlands.

Your achievements

  • Prospecting and lead generation: actively identify, research, and qualify potential clients through outbound activities.
  • Outbound sales support: engage with key decision-makers to understand their needs and introduce Lepaya’s solution.
  • Pipeline building: help maintain a healthy pipeline through effective outreach — primarily calls, supported by social selling on LinkedIn and email — and book meetings for Lepaya’s account executives.
  • Community building: support the development of Lepaya’s presence on social channels by acting as a brand ambassador.
  • CRM management: learn to log activities and manage data in Salesforce to help the team maintain accurate tracking and gather insights for market strategies.

Why you’ll love this journey at Lepaya

  • Inspiring and dynamic environment
  • Participate in Lepaya’s own training curriculum
  • Excellent guidance during your internship
  • A compensation of 500 Euro/month, based on a full-time contract
  • Lunch at the office once per week
  • Participation in the Lepaya Work-To-Live schedule, consisting of unlimited holidays & Lepaya Fridays – every other Friday, a day for yourself
  • Flexible hours and a hybrid working arrangement; we expect you to work from our office at least 2 days a week
