Een korte blik op jouw rol
Als Front Office Stagiair ben jij het visitekaartje van het hotel. Je bent (mede) verantwoordelijk voor het bezorgen van een geweldige ervaring voor iedere hotelgast. Na een inwerkperiode ga je zelfstandig in- en uitchecken en voer je alle administratieve handelingen uit die noodzakelijk zijn om een Front Office in een hotel succesvol te managen. Je onderhoudt nauw contact met de gasten, beantwoordt al hun vragen en verschaft ze van uiteenlopende informatie. Tevens leer je vaardigheden op het gebied van upselling en klachtenafhandeling.
