Role and Department

Responsible for market share growth in over 45 pure player accounts across Europe.

The Role

In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for:

  • Pureplayer Customer Strategy and Leadership: Define and lead Coty’s pure player customer strategy across 45+ accounts in Europe. Align customer growth plans with Coty’s strategic priorities—balancing scale, selectivity, and local relevance.
  • Commercial Leadership: Oversee trade terms, pricing corridors, and promotion frameworks to drive profitable, sustainable growth. Lead negotiations and investment planning, grounded in pricing governance, competitive insight, and financial impact.
  • Team Management & Development: Manage a Europe-wide team of Key Account Managers; build commercial acumen and customer ownership. Set clear performance expectations and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional teams (RGM, Finance, Supply, Retail Media, Digital Shelf) and local markets to enable seamless execution. Serve as the pure player commercial voice in Coty’s regional model, translating regional direction into market-relevant plans.

What You’ll Bring

  • Deep eCommerce Expertise: Proven success in leading commercial strategy across multiple pure player platforms at a regional or global level. Solid understanding of the e-retail and digital beauty landscape, with an analytical and consumer-centric mindset.
  • Strategic Negotiator & Business Driver: Strong experience in complex negotiations and P&L management, with the ability to make data-led decisions that optimize investment and return. Demonstrated ability to scale digital businesses while managing complexity across geographies and customer profiles.
  • People Leader & Talent Shaper: Experienced in leading multicultural, remote teams with a track record of developing talent and driving performance. Collaborative leadership style, with a strong bias for action, resilience, and ambition.
  • Operational & Organizational Agility: Adept at working within a matrix organization and aligning stakeholders across regions and functions. Strong communicator, capable of translating strategic direction into actionable, locally relevant plans.

Languages: Fluent English required; other European languages are a plus.
