The D&T M&A Director is a strategic leadership role at the forefront of transformation, responsible for driving complex divestments and integrations across the organization. This hands-on position requires a seasoned professional with a strong SAP background and a proven track record in managing high-impact strategy programs. The ideal candidate is curious, engaged, and adaptable—able to operate at both strategic and detailed levels. A key aspect of the role is managing and influencing top management stakeholders, ensuring alignment and momentum across initiatives. As a team player and coach, the Director will lead cross-functional teams, foster growth, and shape the future of the business through technology-enabled strategy. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute complex M&A programs, with a focus on divestments and integrations
  • Define and drive D&T TSA strategy in alignment with business and technology goals
  • Participate in due diligence activities, assessing risks and opportunities
  • Scope and shape strategic initiatives in partnership with Business Units
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across business and technology to value creation
  • Coach and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of growth and accountability

You bring:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • 10 years of experience in M&A
  • 5 years in SAP ERP Projects
  • Strong people management skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and effective way to senior stakeholders and all levels in the organization, as well as with external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated knowledge of identity management best practices and technologies
  • Proven experience in M&A Programs
