- Regulatory expansion: licenses in new regions & products.
- Lead toughest regulatory projects (e.g. SREP with DNB).

This challenge is perfect for you if
- Proven experience driving regulatory expansion, including obtaining licenses in new regions and across new product lines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex regulatory projects (e.g. SREP with supervisory authorities such as DNB or equivalent).
- Strong background in legal structuring and organizational setup, including establishing branches, entities, or restructurings.
- Track record of working closely with business teams to support revenue-generating initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with regulators, legal teams, and internal leadership.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and the resilience to deliver in high-pressure environments.
