Whether it’s a Friday-night feast, a post-gym poke bowl, or grabbing some groceries, our tech platform connects tens of millions of customers with hundreds of thousands of restaurant, grocery and convenience partners across the globe.

All about the role

Within the Marketing Operations function, we bring together our programme, process and project specialists in order to drive consistency and create a center of excellence for the marketing organisation. As a Senior Project Manager in this team, there is a huge opportunity to deliver high impact strategic initiatives for the Marketing function.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. This Senior Program Manager will be based in Amsterdam and own strategic and process initiatives in the UK and DE markets, demanding a proven track record in Programme Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and driving innovation, particularly within the AI landscape.

You will be responsible for maintaining momentum and delivering key marketing programmes and processes, optimizing our marketing operations, and immediately making an impact by challenging the status quo and implementing positive change.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Define and manage a portfolio of complex, integrated marketing programs across key UK and DE markets, ensuring delivery on time, measurement of impact, and successful scaling via global playbooks and new tooling adoption.
  • Act as the primary communication and alignment point for senior stakeholders, securing buy-in for key programs and strategic MarTech investments, and clearly communicating the roadmap and commercial impact.
  • Champion a culture of innovation by identifying and advocating for MarTech enhancements and external best practices to continuously refine internal marketing processes and infrastructure.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower the wider Marketing Operations team, acting as the resident Change Management expert responsible for guiding teams through process improvements, new tool adoption, and complex organizational shifts.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Extensive experience in Project, Programme, and Change Management, preferably within the e-commerce sector or a large digital B2C organization.
  • Deep practical knowledge of MarTech and AI platforms and a proven ability to manage programmes that integrate new tools and enhance existing tooling.
  • Demonstrated passion for and foundational understanding of AI/Machine Learning and its disruptive potential within marketing operations and customer experience.
  • Exceptional stakeholder influence and negotiation skills across all levels.
  • Proven experience leading large strategic initiatives, with an emphasis on quality outputs and continuous improvement.
  • Preferred certification, but not required, in a recognized methodology (e.g., APM PMQ, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
