Wat ga je doen?
SnappCar brengt auto-eigenaren en mensen zonder auto samen op ons platform. Mensen met een auto kunnen zo hun auto verhuren, en mensen zonder auto kunnen zo op een voordelige en duurzame manier gebruik maken van een auto. Onze missie is een schoner, veiliger en socialer Europa.
Het aantal gebruikers van ons platform groeit, en bij meer gebruikers hoort ook meer gebruikersvragen over het platform. Als medewerker van het Customer Support team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het contact met de huurders en verhuurders van de auto’s. Je beantwoordt vragen, verhelpt klachten en zorgt er voor dat gebruikers op een creatieve en doeltreffende manier worden geholpen. Tevredenheid van de gebruikers is jouw #1-priority!
Dit doe je door te bellen of te mailen met de gebruikers, tijdens de 3 mogelijke shifts (die plaatsvinden tussen 07:00 en 00:00, zowel doordeweeks als in het weekend), die je uitvoert vanuit huis of op kantoor. Flexibiliteit is daarom voor ons belangrijk. Je werkt in een jong, gedreven team, waarbij het rooster een maand vooruit gepland wordt.
Over jou
- Eerdere ervaring met klantenservice of ander klantcontact is mooi meegenomen;
- Je bent minimaal 18 uur per week flexibel beschikbaar, soms ook in het weekend;
- Je werk zal voornamelijk in het Nederlands zijn, maar SnappCar is een internationaal bedrijf (dus een goede beheersing van NL en ENG is vereist);
- Startdatum ASAP.

- Je uurloon start bij 16,98 euro bruto (incl. vakantiegeld en vakantiedagen, voor de late avonddiensten krijg je daar bovenop nog toeslag). Dit uurloon wordt in je 2e én 3e dienstjaar bij SnappCar verhoogd;
