YOUR TASKS

What will you do?

  • Be involved in analysis on various topics to improve our Merchandise & Allocation activities.
  • Work with the Fashion, Nos, and Repeat merchandising teams.
  • Prepare selection meeting reports.
  • Support the planner with delivery checks.
  • Assist Merchandisers and Allocators in planning new collections to be allocated to the correct countries and stores.
  • Pull more effective analysis and provide recommendations.
  • Learn to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting ad hoc analysis.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of our allocation processes, including monitoring systems to review supplier intakes into our warehouse and ensuring on-time delivery of fashion orders.

About you!

  • You are passionate about the impact of effective allocation & planning of products for our stores and online stores.
  • You have completed the first semesters of your HBO/Bachelor/Master studies (ideally in Business studies, Mathematics, or similar) and are still enrolled as a student for the duration of the internship.
  • You are familiar with Excel and eager to further improve your skills.
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • Your working style is proactive and organized; you know or want to learn how to plan well and set priorities.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You are able to work at least 32 hours per week on internship responsibilities (no school assignments or thesis writing).

  • Work From Home (WFH) Policy: For 40-hour internships, you may work from home up to 2 days per week, depending on your role. During onboarding, WFH days may vary to better support your learning and training.
  • Internship Allowance: €450 per month (gross) with 8+ holiday days (based on 40h/week).
  • Travel Allowance: Up to €23.00 per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.
  • Additional Benefits: Access to a 25% staff discount, a company laptop, and company gatherings such as Townhalls and drinks.

Eligibility Criteria

For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in February 2026. Your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:

  • You are an EU citizen,
  • You are on a Family/Partner visa, or
  • You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
