As Digital Transformation Manager within The Magnum Ice Cream Company, you play a key role in accelerating the digital transformation of our Out-of-Home (OOH) business. You connect strategy with execution by leading digitalization projects that not only make processes more efficient but also create new value from data and technology.

The OOH market in which you operate is diverse, ranging from wholesalers such as Sligro and IJsexpress to end customers like amusement parks, zoos, gas stations, and hospitality venues. You recognize and seize the opportunities that digitalization offers to increase our commercial strength, strengthen collaboration with partners, and enhance the experience of end customers.

In this role, you are the strategic orchestrator of digital initiatives: you set priorities, safeguard direction, and connect internal teams and external partners to achieve collective impact. Additionally, you are responsible for budget management and ensure that investments in digitalization deliver sustainable returns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement the digital transformation strategy within the OOH market.
  • Identify trends and opportunities in digitalization and translate these into concrete roadmaps.
  • Lead and coordinate strategic projects that automate processes, enhance data insights, and increase customer value.
  • Bring together internal teams (Sales, Channel Marketing, Data, Customer Service, Hardware, Field Operations) and external partners to implement innovative solutions.
  • Take ownership of budget and resources, focusing on maximum business impact.
  • Establish clear KPIs and reporting for stakeholders and the management team.
  • Create support and foster a digital mindset within the organization.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Proven experience with digital transformation and project management, preferably in FMCG or OOH.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and demonstrated impact on business results.
  • Affinity with data, technology, and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience managing internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and inspiring leader who knows how to drive innovation.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and working in complex stakeholder environments.
