As Digital Transformation Manager within The Magnum Ice Cream Company, you play a key role in accelerating the digital transformation of our Out-of-Home (OOH) business. You connect strategy with execution by leading digitalization projects that not only make processes more efficient but also create new value from data and technology.
The OOH market in which you operate is diverse, ranging from wholesalers such as Sligro and IJsexpress to end customers like amusement parks, zoos, gas stations, and hospitality venues. You recognize and seize the opportunities that digitalization offers to increase our commercial strength, strengthen collaboration with partners, and enhance the experience of end customers.
In this role, you are the strategic orchestrator of digital initiatives: you set priorities, safeguard direction, and connect internal teams and external partners to achieve collective impact. Additionally, you are responsible for budget management and ensure that investments in digitalization deliver sustainable returns.
