As RCI Manager – Further Processing – EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in transforming JBT Marel into a more resilient and responsive organization. Using LEAN principles and techniques, you will accelerate improvement initiatives across the business, ensuring that continuous improvement becomes part of everyday work.

In this change management role, success will come from your ability to inspire, influence, and mobilize people at all levels of the organization to deliver results that create real value for our customers.

Key responsibilities & tasks

  • Drive process and cost improvements within the Further Processing business area.
  • Build awareness and spread knowledge of LEAN principles and relentless continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Initiate and lead improvement efforts such as daily/weekly/monthly boards, workshops, and cross-functional projects.
  • Track and report on the progress of improvement initiatives.
  • Identify, define, and prioritize new areas of improvement opportunities.
  • Mobilize teams and ensure goals are achieved, creating measurable and sustainable results.

What you bring

  • Degree in Engineering or Business (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within an international technical environment.
  • Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with products, processes, and materials.
  • Deep understanding of LEAN principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strategic mindset: ability to see the big picture and focus on what drives customer value while aligning with company targets.
  • Strong sense of urgency, hands-on mentality, and result orientation.
  • Excellent organizational and structured working approach.
  • Strong communication skills: able to educate, motivate, and lead cross-functional teams at all levels.
  • Positive outlook with the ability to inspire colleagues through collaboration and action.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
