About the role

Please note: While the location is listed as Hoofddorp, this role is based at our Reckitt Core Commercial office in Sloterdijk, following a hybrid model of 3 days in-office per week.

As a Human Resources Business Partner BNL (HRBP) at Reckitt, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You will collaborate closely with local business units to ensure data-driven decision-making, workforce planning, and process optimization. Your responsibilities include analyzing HR metrics, supporting talent and organizational development initiatives, and ensuring alignment with both local and global HR strategies. You will also act as a liaison between HR and other departments, helping to translate business needs into actionable HR insights.

Your responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, recruitment metrics).
  • Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards for management.
  • Manage HR budget (Training, People Cost).
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Support the implementation of HR projects (e.g., performance management, employee engagement, compensation reviews).
  • Participate in the development and improvement of HR processes and tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in all HR systems.
  • Assist our TA Team with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes as needed.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives.

The experience we're looking for

  • Proven experience in an HR analyst or advisor role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Fluency in Dutch highly preferred.
