JOB PURPOSE:

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable GPO Contingent Workforce to oversee the end-to-end process design, build, and implementation during our SAP S4/HANA (ERP) implementation and mid-term digital procurement strategy. In this critical role, you will lead the transformation from current (“as-is”) to future (“to-be”) state, identifying and driving harmonization and simplification opportunities, standardizing data models, unifying process and technology, and overseeing data migration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and alignment with business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

All responsibilities are centered around Procurement’s procure-to-pay domains:

  • Oversee the entire CWK cycle from 3rd party onboarding to supplier payment
  • Lead the design and implementation of technical and process solutions focused on the CWK process
  • Ensure efficient and compliant 3rd party onboarding, approvals and invoice processing, as per designed S2P process
  • Optimize procurement workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Implement best practices for automation and process standardization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, HR, finance and accounts payable teams to solve issues
  • Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Design an interim state solution, resource mapping and stakeholder engagement plan
  • Oversee data integrity and accuracy within the data migration process, ensuring all HR, procurement and CWK data is correctly entered and maintained
  • Analyze current CWK processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement in the designated tools
  • Implement best practices and features to enhance efficiency and productivity in procurement and contingent workforce processes
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the relevant systems
  • Provide ongoing support to users post go-live, addressing any issues identified
  • Serve as a liaison between the business, our integration partner and procurement solution providers
  • Provide regular reporting and status updates to stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress, milestones, and any potential issues or challenges. Foster open communication channels to facilitate transparency and collaboration

This role will exist in its current form until the end of 2027.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • Proven experience with SAP systems specific to procurement, preferably in the context of SAP S4/HANA and contingent workforce applications
  • Strong understanding of the Source to Pay process and procurement best practices
  • Broad understanding of procurement processes
  • Strong track record of driving change and innovation, with the ability to think outside the box and embrace an agile and growth mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders across business and technical functions to achieve project milestones
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical data solutions and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to procurement
  • Result-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel globally to support market-specific requirements during design, build and deployment of the project
