You’ll find belonging, purpose, and a team that welcomes you—because when you feel valued, you’re empowered to do your best work.

We’re looking for a motivated Senior Business Analyst to join the CFO Transformation & CoE team. This is a hands-on transformation role focused on process improvement, AI-enabled transformation, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption across finance and related functions.

This role is not tied to one specific finance sub-discipline. Instead, we seek a fast learner with strong finance acumen, a process improvement mindset, and the curiosity to embrace new technologies (especially AI and automation). The ideal candidate is collaborative, proactive, and able to translate improvement ideas into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement & Redesign

  • Analyze and re-design end-to-end finance processes to eliminate inefficiencies, standardize practices, and enable scalability.
  • Apply a process improvement mindset to identify simplification, automation, and digital opportunities.

AI & Technology Enablement

  • Partner with technology teams to design and implement AI-enabled solutions (e.g., MS Copilot, predictive models, workflow optimization tools).
  • Use Python scripting and automation frameworks for prototyping, data preparation, and process optimization.
  • Stay tech-savvy by evaluating emerging AI/automation tools and recommending fit-for-purpose solutions for finance.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Partner with finance functions and other business units.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to capture business process, requirements, and align on priorities.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive buy-in and change adoption.

Program & Change Management

  • Support the design and execution of CFO transformation programs and initiatives.
  • Track progress, milestones, and risks to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Support change management, communications, and training activities to embed new ways of working.

Governance & Standards

  • Help define and maintain transformation frameworks, templates, and process documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with global standards and policies while allowing for regional/local flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or consulting.
  • Demonstrated ability in process mapping, requirements gathering, and project execution.
  • Familiarity with workflow and AI tools and hands-on experience with Python is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, etc.).

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong process improvement mindset with ability to simplify and re-engineer workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Finance acumen and ability to understand end-to-end finance processes.
  • Tech-savvy, with practical skills in Python scripting, automation, and AI tools.
  • Analytical problem solver; able to structure and execute improvement initiatives.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, adaptable, and proactive in driving change.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
